Upon review, we discovered that the design was not transmitted to the system, resulting in a blank print. We strongly advise re-uploading the image on the template or selecting the 'Work with a designer' option on the landing page to ensure that everything is in place before submitting the order. To make up for the inconvenience we've processed a full refund of your order back to your account which will be credited in the next 3-5 business days.
