Print didnt turn out like in design studio

It looked clear and bright in the design stage. But when i recieved the prints, the colour was so faded could hardly read the text.

The design process was great! Very easy to design and great fun! The price was average I think (not too bad). The boxes did take about a month to arrive, but there has been bad weather across Australia so that is understandable.
Really disappointed on the quality of the box, when putting the boxes together they do not clip in together, I have to tape them together so they don't fall apart. Also the interior of the box creases and opens which doesn't look great.
Overall disappointed with the product and won't order again.

No one is checking the orders

I uploaded a design, selected that printing was required, ordered and paid for the printing. The items arrived two days early but blank!. A simple check and call would have solved any problem but obviously no QA occurs with this web based business. To make matters worse, when I want to send an email or submit a problem I have to call during business hours..... one way traffic in that regard.
