Order was supposed to arrive in about 3 days via fast track mail, however took about 2 weeks. i received over 40 emails after each time staff promised that the order is going to be fullfilled the next day. most emails informing 'canecllation of my order', or that 'they have either found a fault' or 'their poroduction is facing issue's. It was hard to believe any of that is true!. Order received after a few weeks, but unusable as the print is shifted to one side. I have the Pdf of the Proof that shows my design is perfectly centred, but the print is shifted to one side. Their design instruction is incorrect although we followed everything as instrcucted blow by blow. Cant belive that after so many attempts they got it wrong!! such a waste of time. What you order is not what you get. Beware!

I'm always impressed by their fast delivery. However, I ordered a tri-fold DL flyer and the fold came in the opposite direction to the way I specified and previewed. I had to re-fold all the flyers in the opposite direction. A mistake which could have been easily avoided

great product
This is a swim level progression. It's nice and clear but would have liked thicker card stock. Overall very happy with it. I did place the front on the back and visa versa so had to get the designers to swap it over which meant I couldn't edit it again as it was locked. But they were very helpful.
The writing in the flyer was hard to read as it was not clear, it was an upload so maybe that was the problem
