Disappointing Experience

Regrettably, these linen business cards did not live up to my expectations. While the print quality and tactile feel are satisfactory, the overall product disappoints due to its thin and flimsy nature (despite 280gsm). Business cards are a vital representation of one's professionalism, and the quality of this product compromises the cards' durability and perceived quality (I'm somehow missing the 'premium' element advertised). Also disappointed on the deliverance of Vistaprint's Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, especially being a regular customer, as all I was told is to just order new/thicker business cards ...

Linen Business cards far too thin

I'll be having to reorder my original quantity due to these being far too thin. Advertised at 280gsm, but frankly the linen stock feels far too thin and flimsy and despite the textured finish, these aren't good enough to pass onto my client.
