Not protected when shipped

Ordered an A1 poster and it was knocked around while shipping. As there's no protection (like a strong tube that most companies use) the poster was crumpled and creased so much that it's unusable.

Site doesn't accept vector files like opsd

I have reports this issue for months. Their new website doesnt accept psd files for large posters ie: A0 You are forced to upload compressed files that results in poor prints.

we have the poster at the front door of the casino, as this is the only advertising that is visible from outside the establishment.
