Our uploading experience is designed to make it as easy as possible to print your own booklet. To begin, choose your booklet’s size (we offer both A4 and A5 booklet printing) and number of pages. Few minor issues

Staples don't hold a 12 page booklet, and the pages don't match up as per the proof (every second page is misaligned). The quality of the paper/print and the overall look is great though. Would suggest only going for an 8 page booklet.

First, to whomever at Vista Print is reading this: I am sorry for the low score. I didn't want to leave a review, I understand mistakes happen and I was going to let it go, but day after day I keep getting asked for a review so here it is. I designed an itinerary journal for an upcoming holiday. It was for my mother who suffers memory loss and I wanted something for her to take notes, remember details and keep track of the trip. The design had some full-bleed images, so I set up the pages using the online template guide. It took nearly two weeks to do the one document printed. When I got it, literally just a few days before my trip, it was just awful. Pages not registered correctly, artwork that was set 6mm from the page edge ended up being trimmed off, artwork somehow missing completely while other pages had random artwork appear from nowhere. How anyone looked at this output and thought it was acceptable is beyond me. For context, I am a professional graphic designer, I did not mess up the file prep. In fact, because I didn't have enough time to wait for a replacement print, I sent the same files to Officeworks who turned it around in an hour for a quarter of the price and it looks fine. I've used Vista Print for a lot of things over the years, including all the gallery content for a recent photo exhibition I hosted. They're a great option who does great work for a much more competitive price than many other printers. But this one was heartbreakingly bad, and now I don't think I can bring myself to trust this kind of work with them again. I will stick to cards and posters, but nothing that involves binding.
