Outdoor frame withbsign

I was very happy with the quality of the frame and sign, which would be 5 stars. However I did find the design process a bot tricky and difficult to check for errors. I ended up leaving a random black line on the finished product which was a bit annoying to see on a an otherwise beautiful design.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for your review submission, and we’re delighted to hear you were pleased with the quality of your outdoor frame and sign, but we’re sorry to hear that the design process made it difficult to spot the unwanted black line before printing. That's not the quality we would want for you. We have completed our checks and have processed an edited replacement order at no additional cost to you. While the order number has not changed, you can view details of this replacement order from the order history/details of your VistaPrint account. We look forward to assisting with future products of interest.
Small Business, Big First Impression!

A little sign with a big job! We purchased our outdoor A-frame for our new small business, ZAH Vending Hub in Bayswater, WA. When you’re starting out, every opportunity to catch someone’s attention matters, and this gives us a professional way to show passing customers what’s available inside. There’s something special about seeing your own business branding come to life. This A-frame is part of that journey for us, helping turn an idea we’ve worked incredibly hard on into a welcoming shop. A practical purchase with real meaning behind it!

I chose the white outdoor A frame for a softer look and I love it! So light and easy to move while sturdy enough to stand in the coastal wind! Perfect for outdoor sound healings or yoga sessions. This was my first time printing something big and it turned out perfectly! Soo happy with this purchase! Can't wait to make a second print!
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

We completely appreciate how important setting the right tone is for wellness gatherings, and we are glad that the softer look of the white frame perfectly complements your outdoor sound healing and yoga sessions.
