I have used vistaprints many times before and i ordered a welcome sign for my son's birthday this week and was not inspected it to come damaged.

Please bear in mind that this is not your standard VistaPrint experience because we go to great lengths to ensure that our merchandise arrives in immaculate condition. Occasionally, however, unpredictable events alter the expected outcome. To make things up for you, we have submitted a free replacement order for a new foam board. The order number will remain the same. Once your package is shipped, you'll get an email with a new tracking number.

The product was great. Exactly what I wanted. Print is beautiful and clear however it came damaged. It's a foam board sign for display at a wedding so a little disappointing. Could have been done during delivery however I highly doubt it as it came very well packed in a sturdy undamaged box. I feel it may have been damaged before it was posted.

Was some urgency and it arrived in time for the start of a new business. Came out just as we designed it. Packaging protected it well, arrived in pristine condition. Very happy with it…would recommend it. When need arises I will purchase this product again.
