We acknowledge and appreciate the significance of this purchase for your son's birthday. Please bear in mind that this is not your standard VistaPrint experience because we go to great lengths to ensure that our merchandise arrives in immaculate condition. Occasionally, however, unpredictable events alter the expected outcome. To make things up for you, we have submitted a free replacement order for a new foam board. The order number will remain the same. Once your package is shipped, you'll get an email with a new tracking number.
