Lovely product but…

The product is really lovely and unique. Unfortunately, despite being professional/ high quality photos but the product makes them slightly blurry up close - not a deal breaker. The product comes with a brown paper sticker over the acrylic (photo/ printed side) which is a real pain to remove. This is not in the item description and instructions are NOT included. Olive oil or alcohol was recommended by the help desk but it still wasn't a fun job. The product is expensive for its size, quality of image and the protective sticker coating would make me think twice about buying it again. On the fence about whether I would recommend it.

I found the design and ordering process quite easy and the price fair. However, my print arrived yesterday, and I was very disappointed. Firstly, there was a large scratch that is plainly visible, I checked the packaging to see if there was anything inside that could have made the scratch during transportation... there wasn't, which leads me to believe it was made prior to or during the packaging phase. Secondly, there is a clear coat on the print that has bubbled and makes the print look shabby and poor quality.

The final product delivered has bubbles on it, it is not attached properly.

Nice product, but quality was what I was hoping for

Purchased acrylic prints to go with the others in my house (others purchased through another company). Vista prints were slightly more expensive, so expected equal or better quality, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Prints were very thin and very blurry and pixelated (images I used where large images supplied to me by a professional photographer, so no question about their quality). From a distance they look okay, but if you walk up close they're quite pixelated and a little blurry.

I have used Vistaprint many times for gifts etc over the years and have been very satisfied. I was very disappointed when receiving my order with the quality and size of the item especially given the price.
