Puchased 2000 magnets, all of them come out of the packaging warped and the magnet is soo thin it cant even hold onto a fridge

We understand how disappointing it must be to receive a large order where the items arrived warped and did not meet expectations in terms of magnet strength. This is certainly not the quality we aim to provide. Upon reviewing your concern, it appears that the magnets may have been affected during production or transit, which can sometimes cause warping—especially in bulk quantities. Additionally, while our magnetic cards are designed for lightweight display, they should still be able to hold securely on standard metal surfaces like a refrigerator. We’d like to help make this right, and we’ve sent you a separate email requesting further information so we can better assist you with this.
