Did all the work doing the artwork and one side only got printed .. now dont have it in time for the launch

We use these in our coffee shop business. The newer version with the twenty spaces works very well. I thought they may be too crowded but am very pleased with the final product.
Ordered the loyalty cards with both front and back side print. the final preview looked perfect and even the document in my order history looks perfect but the final print missing half of the text on back side of the card. Text contained the most important information about address of business etc but its completely gone in the final print means all the cards are use less for us. I have attached an image of what it looked like in design or in preview before submitting the order and what we received.
