We want to assure you that this is not typical of our delivery and processing, and an unexpected production issue caused the delay. Regarding the size of the printing, in the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order: www.vistaprint.con.au/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend placing a new order for a larger size sticker or changing the size of the design or font size. Furthermore, we hope this helps.

Our paper and white plastic roll labels are printed on white backgrounds – but that doesn’t mean you’re limited in colour options and designs! Our full-colour printing means that you can print on as much (or as little) of your sticker as you’d like.
You can order a minimum of 100 roll labels from our website.
Paper roll labels are a great, durable option for indoor use. If your sticker won’t come into contact with liquid, these are a great choice. If you intend to use your custom label rolls on products that contain (or are exposed to) oil, lubricants or cold temperatures, our waterproof roll labels are both oil and water-resistant.
With Upload & Go, our design experts will turn your logo or image into a custom-shaped label design. We'll ask you to upload your image file and then we'll get to work. We'll email you a design to review within four hours. You can approve it as is or request edits to make it perfect. Once it's approved, we'll be able to print, package and deliver your stickers to you.
When creating a custom sticker shape, you should choose a size that's closest to your desired final product. The measurements featured on our site for custom shapes are a rough guide and a designer will confirm your design and dimensions with you during our Upload & Go process. For example, when you select a 5 x 5 cm label, your exact sticker measurement might be closer to 5 x 5.6 cm, depending on your design.
