Our custom vinyl banners come in a range of traditional sizes, but with our new custom size option, you can create a banner perfectly sized to fit your display space. Our size tool above will guide you through the available custom width and height range, but whatever size or material you choose, you’ll have the option of adding eyelets and reinforcements to your banner for a more secure display. If you plan on hanging your banner outside, eyelets are essential. Please note, our banner stand accessories are not compatible with custom sizes.Intuitive design process

The biggest difference between these banners is the material used.
- Vinyl Banners: You can choose between indoor (440 gsm) or outdoor (510 gsm) vinyl, both of which are fade and water-resistant.
- Pull Up Banners: Our pull up banners include a vinyl banner that comes preassembled with a stand. A case is also included.
This depends on where and how you intend to display your banner.
Displaying your custom banner in-store, at an indoor event or at a trade show or conference? Our indoor vinyl is a great option. The 440 gsm material is fade and water-resistant, which means your custom design will pop and have some serious staying power.
Taking things outside? An outdoor vinyl banner is a great option for shopfront displays and farmer’s markets. At 510 gsm, the extra thickness adds durability, especially when paired with banner reinforcement and our 1.3 cm diameter plastic eyelets and is weather and fade-resistant.
If you’ll be indoors without access to wall space, consider a Pull Up Banner: with its included stand, you can set up your banner without the need for walls, ropes or zip ties.
Yes, you can add eyelets (plastic grommets) and a reinforced hem to your banner. You won't be able to remove these options once you start designing in our studio.
No, but they are highly recommended. Our 1.3 cm plastic eyelets help you showcase your banner design with an easy, secure and long-lasting display, whether you’re using rope, zip ties or a stand. (If you’re planning to hang your banner outside, eyelets are essential.)
Plastic eyelets are placed along the top and bottom of our vinyl banners, about two feet apart. The number of eyelets varies by banner size and whether you want a reinforced hem or not. See the chart below for the eyelet counts for each size range. When designing your banner, you can also see the exact eyelet placement and count in the preview window. This’ll help you avoid any impact on your design.
However, please note that you cannot request changes to the number or placement of the eyelets.

Yes – we offer full-bleed and full-colour printing on all vinyl banners.
Yes – this has been a popular request among VistaPrint customers and we’re pleased to now offer custom sizes. As you begin the ordering process, you’ll be asked for details about the size you want. You can still choose one of our traditional banner sizes, too.
Creases should smooth out over time, but if you need to speed up the process, just place your banner under a heavy flat object. It helps!

No, but we do offer H Banner Stands for an additional fee, designed for vertical banners in select sizes: 52 x 91 cm, 76 x 122 cm, 76 x 183 cm and 76 x 244 cm. However, please note that these stands are not compatible with reinforced hems or eyelets (plastic grommets).
