Choose satin paper stock for a subtle shine, or glossy paper stock to make photos pop. You can even scribble reminders on our 2-sided glossy-matte paper stock, which is made for writing. And if you’re eco-conscious, we also offer a recycled matte paper stock made from 100% recycled post-consumer waste.

Our 2-sided glossy-matte paper stock is the easiest to write on. One side features a glossy finish that makes your photos pop, while the other side features a matte uncoated finish that works well with most types of ink. Our satin paper stock can also be written on – but only with ballpoint pens. For our premium glossy paper stock, we recommend using permanent markers.
Two of our paper stocks fit the bill:
Recycled matte is the easiest to write on. It’s completely uncoated and thick, which means you can use any pen (gel, ballpoint or marker) on both sides of the page with instant drying and zero smudging or bleed-through.
Two-sided glossy & matte is also built for writing, featuring a matte calendar grid on the bottom half specifically designed to take pen ink easily.
You can also write on our satin and glossy papers using standard ballpoint pens or permanent markers, but we recommend waiting for the ink to dry before touching the paper. Gel ink may smudge on glossy coatings.
GSM stands for "Grams per Square Meter" and measures the weight and thickness of the paper.
Our satin (200 gsm) and two-sided glossy-matte (220 gsm) options feel thrice as thick as standard copy paper – flexible, light, and durable.
Our glossy (300 gsm) and recycled matte (both 300 gsm) options feel like premium, rigid card stocks. They offer a heavy, high-end feel that resists warping or sagging on the wall all year long.

Once the year is over, simply separate the paper pages from the metal spiral binding, and the pages can go straight into your standard recycling bin.
Yes, you can mark birthdays, anniversaries and other special dates with different frames, masks and stickers in our studio. By default, our templates include labels for our recommended holidays, but you can add or remove them as needed.
Our online studio makes calendar creation simple and stress-free. You can choose layouts with single or multi-photo designs. You can also upload photos, choose from fun backgrounds, or insert custom text. If you need help or advice along the way, check out our help centre. Not at this time. You’ll have to manually upload your photos directly to the studio.
You're free to start with whichever month you'd like, so you can create a calendar that’s as unique as your schedule.
This depends on your order and the delivery you choose. Some large products and large quantities of select products are more difficult for our carriers to ship to you.
As a result, a bulky delivery fee of $14.99 will apply if you order 20 or more wall calendars. The additional fee will only be charged once, even if your order contains other bulky items or large quantities.
Our standard delivery fee is $9.99. If your order qualifies for free standard delivery, you will only be charged the $14.99 bulky fee.
However, if you opt for fast track delivery, a separate and additional charge of $19.99 will apply.

To avoid losing your progress, we recommend signing into your VistaPrint account before you start designing. This way, you can reliably save your design, keep track of your edits and easily pick up where you left off.
Please note that next year’s calendar will be a new project – you’ll need to add the dates manually.
