Thank you for sharing your experience with printing your tablecloth. We regret to hear while the quality is good, the design didn't turn out as expected. Upon reviewing your design, we found that the logo used had a black background which was a different shade of black from the tablecloth color. In the future, we don't recommend placing black on black unless they were designed using the same color codes. Instead, we recommend removing the background color from the uploaded image. The remove background feature is available in our edit studio for most products. Also, requesting a "Preview or PDF proof" would show this error before ordering. To address this, we have edited the tablecloth and processed a complimentary replacement order. The order number will be the same as the original order, and you may check the status in your order history. We trust this will be helpful.
