With the attached image as reference, we understand your concerns about the paper’s durability, the lack of embossing options, and the overall value compared to our premium white card stock. You’re absolutely right, while the kraft paper offers a beautiful, earthy aesthetic and is both recyclable and compostable, it may not be the best fit for designs requiring vibrant color contrast or enhanced durability. As noted on our product page, metallic foil and spot UV finishes are not currently available for kraft cards, and the stock is 283 gsm uncoated, which can feel lighter than other premium options.
Additionally, our FAQ highlights that kraft cards work best with simple designs and dark ink. Lighter colors like orange or yellow may not appear as vividly, and white ink cannot be printed on kraft paper.
