I ordered three items; two arrived together in one parcel, while the third was delivered separately. Unfortunately, this caused some inconvenience, as all items were intended to be used on the same day, and one item was delayed in transit and did not arrive on time. After raising the issue, I received the stickers twice, as the team kindly arranged a replacement with next-day delivery. I do feel a bit sorry for receiving an extra set and hope it hasn’t caused any issues for the supplier. That said, I truly appreciate how promptly and sincerely the team handled my concern. Their quick response and effort to resolve the issue were impressive and much appreciated.

When you start customising your heart handle mug, you can choose between 2-sided or wraparound printing options. With 2-sided mugs, you can either add two images, special messages, or both. No, currently, we only provide printing on the sides of the heart handle mug.

Currently, we only offer white colour heart handle mugs which you can customise according to your needs on the outer side of the mug.

Yes. You can create a matching mug design for your team or family members, and then personalise each one with individual details. Here’s how:

In our studio, select the Names button on the leftmost side.

Then, select the details you want to include, like their name, role or unique element. For the best results, please keep these three things in mind:

  • Make sure to position the Name field where you want the names to appear on the final design.
  • Please note that the default font colour is white. If your mug is white or if you prefer another font colour, make sure to change the colour in this step.
  • Once you complete your design and click “Next”, you’ll get a prompt to add your group’s details.
  • Just complete the form, and we’ll automatically apply the inputs to each design. This will let you create mugs that have a matching look, yet are still personalised for each of your team members.
