I bought these to go outside thinking they would hold for a week even if it rained. However, it wasn’t cardboard as such but a corflute style of fine paper which disintegrated immediately any water hit it, which traditional cardboard would not. I didn’t want to add to plastic waste, hence my buying preference, but if it says cardboard you expect a condensed fabrication not a light airy perishable.

Foam boards are made of 5 mm thick polyester foam lined with polyethylene-coated paper that is rarely recyclable. Cardboard signs are made of 840 gsm, multi-layer DISPA® embossed card stock with a double-flute core - FSC® certified and recyclable. This makes it a sturdier and a more eco-friendly option compared to the traditional foam boards signs.

Our cardboard signs aren’t water or wind-resistant, so we advise you limit them to indoor use only. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly signage option, we recommend you consider our outdoor A-frames or corflute signs.

Yes, you can print on both sides of your cardboard sign. You can print the same thing on both sides, or something completely different.

Yes, you can. We recommend you use a permanent marker.

For our vertical cardboard signs, sizes are listed as length by width (L x W). For the horizontal signs, it’s listed as width by height (W x L).
