Three Out Of Four Prints Excellent

I ordered 4 prints. 4 different prints on 2 x cardboard pieces. Three of the prints are beautiful , thank you. Very happy with 3 x prints. One print however, had a white strip on the side . The aim was to have it as vertical print, yet it seems it's been printed horizontal and so a white stripe is now on the image which I will not trim down as it is back to back printed. Light weight product is excellent. Delivery excellent. Thank you over all and it is disappointing about the one x print with a white stripe. See image.
