Terrible quality - seeking refund and reprint
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for your review submission. We regret to hear that the print quality of the business cards was not as expected. We've done some checks and found that the business card was created with uploaded images. Our system is automated, so items are printed as submitted. We are happy to help by providing you with a free replacement order. Please make the necessary changes to the original images, re-upload them, and then reply to this email so we can review and proceed with the new order, if possible. If you are unable to make the changes on your own, we have a design team that may be able to assist you. Feel free to reach out to them directly via www.vistaprint.com.au/customer-care/help-centre/.
Unusable QR Code

The print quality wasn’t as good as expected, and the photo looked poor. The biggest issue was that the QR code on my business card didn’t scan, even though it worked perfectly in the original design.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re sorry to hear that the print quality did not meet your expectations and that you experienced issues with the QR code on your business card not scanning. We understand how important it is for your business materials to be both visually appealing and functional. We’d like to look into this further and help make things right. We did try scanning the QR code from our end, and it appears to be working properly. However, we’d appreciate it if you could share a photo of the business cards you received, including a clear view of the QR code and the printed quality, so we can review the issue more closely. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to assist and improve your experience.
Beautiful quality.

This paper works best with lighter-coloured designs. Rich pops of a darker accent colour print beautifully, but if your design is predominantly black or dark grey, you’re less likely to see the full shimmer effect of the paper. And if your design uses photographs, you may want to consider a different paper stock.
