1. Product discounts are not combinable with any other coupon, offer code or promotion.
2. Discount percentages may vary on product options, upgrades, materials, finishes, colours and quantities. Essential paper stocks are generally excluded from discounts unless otherwise stated.
3. Daily Deals are available for the single date they are advertised onsite only and are available until 11:59pm AEDT of the published day of each deal. No extensions. No rainchecks.
4. We reserve the right to change, cancel and/or limit any offer, deal, promotion, discount or sale.
5. Product discounts and prices do not include delivery fees. These fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
6. Product discounts and Daily Deals cannot be redeemed or applied to a prior purchase.
7. A maximum of one coupon code can be applied to each order.
8. Discounts on Classic & Premium Canvas Prints are not applicable to floating frames.
9. When clothing and promotional merchandise are on offer, only certain products within that category may be discounted. Clothing and promotional merchandise offers apply to select products only.

A: After you have designed your products and added them to the cart, you can apply your VistaPrint promo code in the 'Promotional Code' section in your cart before you complete your order.

A: You will know if your VistaPrint discount code is applicable to your order when you are able to see a discount on the products in your cart. If not, you will see a message appear in the 'Promotional Code' section saying, "The items in your cart do not qualify for this promotion."

A: Yes, you may, unless otherwise specified. We will make it clear to customers when a VistaPrint promo code may only be used under specific conditions.

A: Unfortunately, once your order has been finalised you aren't able to re-apply it yourself. If the available discount code is applicable to your order, please reach out to Customer Care so that they can process a credit or refund to your account.

A: The expiry date of VistaPrint coupon codes can be found alongside the promotional code where we merchandise them on the Home Page or the Deals page. Alternatively, after your VistaPrint promotional code has been successfully applied you can click on "Details" to find coupon information such as the offer description and expiry date.

A: Our sales and offers are for a limited time only and cannot be extended. We’ll always let you know when a sale is set to end, but we can’t apply a discount to your order once an offer has expired. We recommend checking out with your item as soon as you see the sale price to avoid disappointment and you can always get in touch with us if you have any questions.
