Yes, you can put these mugs in the microwave and dishwasher.
If youâre uploading an image or design, one trick is to âknock outâ the white in your design. Photo imaging or design software makes it possible to remove any colour from that part of your design. When you add that design to a white mug, the white of the mug will be visible â no need to colour match!
No, our fine style mugs are crafted from white ceramic. Weâll print your design and image in vivid, full-colour, but you canât add any colour to the handle or interior of the mug.

Our fine style mugs feature wraparound printing. The wraparound style means your image or design will be stretched around your mug â depending on how big your design is.

Yes. You can create a matching mug design for your team or family members, and then personalise each one with individual details. Hereâs how:
In our studio, select the Names button on the leftmost side.
Then, select the details you want to include, like their name, role or unique element. For the best results, please keep these three things in mind:
- Make sure to position the Name field where you want the names to appear on the final design.
- Please note that the default font colour is white. If your mug is white or if you prefer another font colour, make sure to change the colour in this step.
- Once you complete your design and click âNextâ, youâll get a prompt to add your groupâs details.
- Just complete the form, and weâll automatically apply the inputs to each design. This will let you create mugs that have a matching look, yet are still personalised for each of your team members.
