The glued folders come with the flap (or flaps, if you choose a double-pocket style) already folded and glued into place, so all you need to do is add your files, and they are ready to distribute. Glued folders are perfect for when you are short on time, have a lot of material to distribute or are looking for the most ready-to-use, premium option. Our interlocking folders, on the other hand, arrive flat. The flaps are pre-creased, so you just need to fold them in, tuck them together, and they are ready to use. We offer 3 sizes:
- A4 size to hold A4 sheets of paper and fit into a C4 size envelope.
- A5 size to hold A5 sheets of paper and fit into a C5 size envelope.
- US letter size to hold US letter-sized papers. These folders will require a larger-than-A4 envelope, should you wish to post them.

We offer glossy and matte paper stocks in 300 gsm. However, please note that our matte stock is only available in our A4 and A5 sizes.
In the single-pocket folders, the business card slot is located on the right-hand side pocket. In the double-pocket folders, there is one slot on each side.
Our glued option comes to you folded, glued and ready-to-use. And, the interlocking option comes pre-creased, to make self-assembly quick and easy.

Use a readable font size. You can include general business details, such as website, social media handles or address on the presentation folder. Use the preview feature in our design studio to ensure the font size you choose isn’t too small.
Choose high-quality images. If you include images, make sure they are high in resolution and relevant to the overall content. Our US letter-sized folders are perfect for featuring photos or imagery to bring your business or offer to life.
Go for a simple interior design. For the inside of the folder and the flaps, we recommend simple/plain designs in your brand colours, so that your business card and files can stand out.
