Looking into your submitted file, we noticed that the uploaded logo contained numerous intricate and compact elements that became unreadable once produced on the physical Standard (9 x 5 cm trim size) card. On top of the large QR code that almost occupied half of the design area. Because our production process is fully automated, files are printed exactly as submitted without manual adjustments or prepress scaling. While our online design tool preview demonstrates layout and alignment, it does not display artwork in true 1:1 physical size, which can cause fine lines or small text to appear sharper on a digital monitor than on a printed card. To help you achieve the sharp definition you need if you decide to redesign, we recommend: * Using larger font sizes, ideally 10pt to 16pt for key information and no smaller than 8pt for secondary text. * Utilizing the backside print option if you have multiple details, which frees up valuable space on the front to enlarge your logo and key text. * Simplifying dense artwork or intricate graphics to ensure clarity within the standard 9 x 5 cm dimensions. * Carefully evaluating your layout in the preview stage before placing your order.
