As COVID-19 restrictions continue across Australia, our shipping partners have advised that you may experience a delay receiving your order. Delivery delays for up to 2 days are expected in NSW and VIC. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Additionally, due to a recent increase in demand, we’ve had to temporarily update our expected delivery time for face masks. Customers should now receive their mask order within 4-5 weeks.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We’re working hard to deliver your Vistaprint products as soon as possible.
Here’s a breakdown of your delivery options, calculated from the day you place your order:*

During checkout for every order, we'll show you an expected delivery time for each of your products - and we’ll let you know if some items need to be delivered in separate packages.
Delivery times for orders made after 8pm AEST are calculated from the next business day. Some products have different delivery options and delivery times – see “Exceptions” for a list.
The following products are currently unavailable to order:
- Stand Up Pouches with holes
- Magnetic Postcards
- Magnetic Business Cards
- Magnetic Calendars
- Save the Date Magnets
Some products will take a little longer to produce and ship. Most, but not all, of these are listed here:
- Promotional Boxes: 20 business days
- Pillow Boxes: 20 business days
- Face Masks: Due to high demand, we’re experiencing a temporary delay. Most masks will ship within 4-5 weeks. Our ready-to-ship sale masks are usually delivered within 3-4 weeks. Please check the estimated delivery date at checkout.
Some products are not available in all delivery speeds.
For example, products in the following categories may only be available with Standard (9-11 business days) delivery:
- Clothing & Bags
- Promotional Products (pens, drinkware, technology, and some other items)
If your order includes products with different delivery speeds, it can be split into separate deliveries. This avoids delaying products that you can receive sooner.
You'll have a choice of delivery speeds, depending on which products are in your cart. For example, if some of your items are available for Fast Track delivery, you will be able to choose this option. You only need to select and pay for one speed.
Before you make the payment, we’ll show you how your order will be split and the estimated date that each product will be delivered to your address. This means you’ll know prior to purchase which products in your cart may arrive later than your chosen delivery speed.
We add a 30% delivery surcharge on orders placed through our Australian site to addresses outside of Australia, due to delivery methods. Please be aware that not all products from Clothing & Bags and Promotional Merchandise can be shipped internationally.
If you do want to deliver to an international location, you can check if there’s a Vistaprint website for the country or territory you want to send to. Just click the flag dropdown on the bottom right of the page. If there’s a site specific to the country you want to deliver to, you may need to rebuild your design.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). Tracking availability depends on the different carriers we use. If tracking is available, we’ll send the tracking code in your shipment confirmation email. You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.
Q: Which couriers do you use?
A: We use Australia Post to deliver items in your order that we print in our Australian facility in Victoria. Products not printed in Australia are delivered using a variety of international couriers.
Q: Why can't my order be delivered to my P.O box?
A: Due to the various delivery couriers we use, we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O boxes. Additionally, there are parcel restrictions that limit what can be delivered:
- Pull Up Banners
- XL Banner Stands
- Large banners and posters
- A0 Foam Boards and Corflute Signs
- 1200 x 900mm Aluminium and Acrylic Signs and Prints
Q: Do you offer fast track delivery?
A: We offer up to 4-business-day delivery on orders placed before 8pm AEST. Some exceptions do apply; certain products can't be rushed.
Q: Do your delivery speeds include production time?
A: Yes. Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to the address provided.
Q: Are your delivery times guaranteed?
A: When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we’ll show you the expected arrival date for your item – and we stand by that. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
Q: Can I arrange for my own delivery provider / courier to deliver my order?
A: We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accommodate special delivery requests.
Q: Will my order be delivered during business hours?
A: Typically, all deliveries will be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.
Q: My package was supposed to arrive today, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
A: Packages may arrive as late as 6pm (local time), so it may arrive later in the day. If available, you can also view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. And feel free to Contact us at any time – we're happy to help.
