I actually paid for clear labels and these weren't. They looked frosted. I can't use these on my clear packaging as they look white. Not happy paying alot of money for nothing

We're extremely sorry to hear about the Clear Roll Labels you received. This is not the Vistaprint experience we want you to have. Allow us to check this for you. Upon checking on the Design Edit page, the frosted-like print color on the label was part of your uploaded design. If you're expecting the clear background to be the clear material of the roll label, the original background color from the design should be removed prior to uploading or during the design process since there is a "Remove Background" option on the design edit page. Although we are aware that this may not be the best answer you were looking for, we sincerely hope that you still find this information helpful. These are NOT clear. They are opaque! Totally useless for what I wanted them for. If you want opaque they're lovely quality
