Who checks the quality of these prints before sending out?!

The bespoke colour I requested was perfect, but they way they printed the design was pretty poor. The logo and features in the design were misaligned and not to the specifications that I submitted and signed off on. Given the relatively high cost associated with this tissue paper, I would have expected a much better quality check, or at the very least, if they thought there would be issues with printing the original design - get in touch beforehand to discuss?! I have reached out to Vistaprint to ask them to review again, and hopefully we can rectify the situation.

It is not what I asked for with design.

I asked for the logo to be repeated small all over tissue paper. I got one logo large off centre on rough side not shiny side. Not worth what I paid at all.
