Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the size of your order was not what you expected. Upon checking your order, we can confirm that Postcards were ordered in the A6 size (105 mm x 148 mm). For comparison, our standard Business Card size is 91 x 55 mm. We do provide the specific dimensions and sizes for all products on the product pages as well as within the design studio to help with the selection process.
If you received a different size than the A6 Postcards you ordered, please confirm by responding to this email with images of the cards you received. We will be happy to look into this further for you.
