Product fine delivered to wrong address

I ordered business cards and labels. The cards are good but were delivered to the wrong address even though I have updated before purchase. Luckily I was able to collect from previous address but it was an annoying waste of time to do this twice. Paid extra for quicker delivery too Labels were a separate delivery. I was happy with the actual product and delivery times just not having to track it down.
