After reviewing the details of your order, the stamp size is our smaller, 1.2cm x 3.6cm, and the design file used appears to be a low-quality scanned image. Additionally, the logo within that space is quite small. Our website notes that uploads featuring small graphics, fine lines, or fonts smaller than 8-point are not advised for stamps, as they do not render clearly. To achieve a crisp, clean impression, we highly recommend revising your design to meet these guidelines by using a high-resolution, recreated digital file rather than a scan.
