To get the most impact from your trade show marketing, follow these tips:

Focus on utility. Choose products that attendees will naturally gravitate towards during the event – like marquee event gazebos or market umbrellas that provide shade during outdoor trade shows and expos.

Keep your branding simple. Avoid overcrowding the product with too much text or too many graphics.

Consistency is key. Choose colours, fonts and an art style that matches your existing branding. This makes it easier for customers to recognise and remember your business.

Follow the print area dimensions. Make sure your design fits perfectly within the designated safe zone in our studio, so nothing gets cut out.

Use vector graphics (.AI, .EPS or .SVG) and ensure files are at least 150 DPI.

Avoid small fonts. For the best visibility in large venues, we recommend using 144 pt. For smaller venues with moderate viewing distances, we recommend a font size of 72 pt.
We do not offer installation services at this time. Most of our custom trade show products come with instructions on the product page, so you can easily set them up yourself.
