Thin Business Cards
5 Oct 2026 | Justin& J.
I am not able to use the business cards as they are too thin, feels like they were printed on paper.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thanks for your review submission, and we’re sorry the business cards felt too thin and did not have the quality or substance you expected. For future orders, we recommend considering the thicker Premium (400 gsm) option. We have completed our checks and have emailed you details related to a resolution that has been provided to you, and we look forward to making the result of future visits more favorable.

The business cards were really patchy, but our brochure flyers were great.
