The designer first allocated did not follow my brief to the extent I wondered whether it was AI. After complaining, a second designer undertook the job and produced an excellent result. The changeover in designers cost me considerable time and I then was forced to order the ‘next day’ business card service. This was not delivered on the next day and I had to collect by driving 240km return to Melbourne costing me more time. At least the ‘next day’ delivery component was refunded.

If you order Next Day Business Cards plus a bulky item, a separate and additional charge of $19.99 for Metro Areas and $24.99 for Regional & Rural Areas will apply.
