Please accept our sincerest apology for the quality of your Personalised Christmas Ornaments; that’s very disappointing. This is definitely not a Vistaprint experience we want you to remember. Allow us to make this right for you. Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received product as a reference. Upon carefully checking, everything looks great from the product preview and proof. We consider this as a production issue that can be resolved by replacing the order. In an effort to help and as a courtesy, we've processed a replacement at no additional cost. An email with tracking details will be sent once shipped out. Feel free to keep or recycle the initial items received. We’ll be sure to share this feedback with our quality team for our continuous improvement, and we will strive to ensure that this error is not repeated in the future.
