Thank you for sharing a review. We apologize that the material of the sticker did not meet your expectations and that you were unable to adequately adhere it to the window. We value your comments and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured that we'll share it with the relevant staff members for assessment and improvement. To make things right for you, we've processed a free replacement order for a new decal. In addition, we advise taking the actions listed below for accurate application and excellent results: CLEAN: Make sure your window is clear of dust or particles. Wet: Cover the window with a mix of warm water and washing-up liquid. Apply: Peel your decal off the backing before you place it on the window. SQUEEGEE: Use a squeegee, ruler, or other object with a hard, flat edge to smooth out the decal. Start from the center and work out to the edges. Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received products as a reference. Upon checking, one of our support representatives assisted and explained the current features of this product. Since cut-out or die-cut design option is not being offered yet for this product. Furthermore, we highly recommend always checking the product specifications from the product landing page prior to designing to ensure the accuracy of your order. Although we are aware that this may not be the best answer you were looking for, we sincerely hope that you still find this information helpful.
