Grainy and discoloured

The cards felt like nice material. However when looking at it, the colour is grainy, like the text is pixelated. Not all the cards are the same colour (this could be due to recycled material). However lots of my cards looked like they were gradient, and not one solid colour. These cards also took 15 days to dispatch.

The print font was extremely small and almost hard to read so the card was all useless, I would have expect the proof reading before printing to check the proportion of the front. I have carefully check the file I sent and it was not that small

In addition, it was an uploaded image and due to the format of your artwork details, the design area was not utilized.
