Will never order it again

The card front suppose to be completely black, however there are 2 blacks colours, which make it look very cheap, I also order foils to be in the back and they suppose to gold in colour, however they anything but gold, and I'll probably request the refund for them

Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received product as a reference. Allow us to check this for you. Upon checking, the other printed black was part of your uploaded design. If ever you're expecting the black background to be part of the card, the original background color from the design should be removed prior to uploading. Furthermore, we highly recommend always generate a PDF proof to see how the design will look on your product once printed. Although we are aware that this may not be the best answer you were looking for, we sincerely hope that you still find this information helpful.
