Very bad didn't work as a QR code

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sincerely sorry to hear that the QR code on your Roll Labels is not working as expected.
Upon checking your order, we can confirm that the size selected was our smallest offering at 3 x 3 cm. Our records indicate that the uploaded design was left in the middle of the label without being adjusted to fill the print area. Because our printing process is automated, the labels were produced exactly as the design was positioned in the studio. This resulted in the QR code being printed too small to be scanned properly.
To help our team review the final result, please respond directly to this email and share a few clear images of the Roll Labels you received showing the print. Once we have those images, we will be happy to look into the best way to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you.
