The Bungey cord wasn't long enough to hook the flag on properly. I have to get a longer cord to be able to set flag up.
The zip on the protective bag was crushed/compressed and I had to cut it off to be able to open nd close the bag (thankfully it came with a double zip - so the bag still operates.
