I was very eager to receive my custom flag.
I reviewed and edited the design to perfectly fit inside the safe printing area with wiggle room.
I was disappointed after I set it up to realise that they had stitched over the edges of my logo.
I reviewed the design one last time. It was well within the boundary. I believe for the price paid, that it's unacceptable to make these mistakes

We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after carefully adjusting your design within the safe print area. Based on your feedback, it appears the stitching has encroached on the logo despite the file being correctly positioned, which is not the experience we aim to deliver.
We will have this reviewed by our production team to determine what may have caused the issue. We’ll also verify the file placement against the final printed output to check for any misalignment or production variance.
To help us investigate this properly, could you please send us a photo of the received flag showing the stitching over the logo area?
Once we receive the image, we’ll review it and assist you with the best possible resolution.

Not great! The flag was stitched in a way that meant it does not look any good when it is up. I would not recommend this product.
