We regret that some eyelets/grommets were not properly fitted and that a couple of the holes were not punched efficiently. To rectify this, we have set up a free reorder for a new banner. Your order number will remain the same, and as soon as the replacement is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow its delivery.
