The print of our logo on the pens are so nice and clear BUT we have gone through two pens in less than 2 weeks so I think pens are duds.

That certainly should not be the case. This is not the level of quality we expect, and we have arranged a replacement for you. The order number is the same as the initial order, and you may track it from the order history or shipment notification email.
