Upon checking, we found that the design uploaded was not extended past the bleed line, which left a white border in the bleed area and resulted in the narrow border being included in the print. For future orders, we recommend extending your design beyond the bleed line and carefully reviewing the preview before checkout, as these borders are visible there as well.
