My thank you cards for my clients turned out beautifully. I ordered them very close to Christmas and didn’t expect they’d arrive before then but they were printed and sent within 24 hours!
The printing is excellent and the cards are good quality. The only small issue I had was with the accompanying envelopes which arrived a little worse for wear (slightly bent and some with dirty marks).

The product was received promptly before Christmas although the image was grainy and appeared to be low-medium resolution when printed (high resolution image uploaded).

Thanks for your review submission. We’re pleased your order arrived on time, but we’re sorry the printed image didn’t meet your expectations. We've completed our check into the concern and recommend that for future use, ensure the image is at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. Even high-res images can appear grainy if stretched too much. We also recommend utilizing the digital proof option that's available to you from the design studio. We have since emailed you information that speaks to the resolution that has been provided to you. We look forward to assisting with future products of interest.
