I only recieved the first order. The cards seemed a little dark compared with ,y image files, but quality was good otherwise. I submitted a 2nd order with images lightened a little. These are due to arrive on 6 Aug.

We're sorry to learn that the printed cards appeared a little darker than your original image files. Please note that colors can sometimes appear differently in print than they do on screen due to differences between digital displays (RGB) and the printing process (CMYK). We appreciate that you adjusted your artwork and placed a second order with lightened images.
We also understand that you've only received your first order so far. We hope your second order, which is currently scheduled to arrive on 6 August, meets your expectations and better reflects your intended design.
