So I ordered a poster with my business logo from vista print. As I’m renting I needed something I could put on my front door with my logo to welcome customers, but something that I could remove as well, these command strips worked a treat and my poster is still up days later with no sigh of coming off! In general, we would not recommend using command strips on highly porous materials. Depending on how rough the wood is or what coating (paint or stain) is used on the fence, results may vary. They are not recommended for use in the rain.
