We’d like to clarify that the printing method used for your order is digital inkjet, directly applied to the surface of the pen — not a sticker or label. We also reviewed your account and saw that you previously ordered the same style of pen with the same print outcome, and chose to reorder. For future orders, we recommend uploading a logo or design without a background color. This ensures that only the design elements you want printed will appear on the pen, resulting in a cleaner and more professional look.
