Generally I'm really happy with Vista Print's work, but these pens are a major let down. After a couple of days the ink flakes off and they look terrible - certainly not the kind of promo item we are proud to give out to clients. Now I have 100 pens I can't use.

Ordered product with my own logo but pens arrived with logo mis-printed. Any quality control? They re-made another order any I re-worked the logo to make sure if would be even more fool-proof but 2nd order arrived mis-printed again. Refunded me full amount which was rhe only positive I can say about this.
