We understand your concern about the print colour not appearing vibrant, and we want to provide clarity. As a gentle reminder, all files submitted to VistaPrint are converted to CMYK colour mode for printing. While RGB colours used for digital screens can appear brighter and more vivid, certain tones may shift once converted to CMYK, resulting in a slightly darker or less vibrant print. The more colour added in CMYK mode, the darker the result, while the more colour added to RGB, the lighter the result. Designing directly in CMYK colour mode helps achieve more accurate tones and can reduce these differences.
To assist you further, we recommend responding to this review with clear photos of the colour quality errors noted, including the affected quantity out of the 75 pens. This will allow our team to review the issue thoroughly and work with you to find the best possible resolution.

Printing quality issue

We were looking forward to these pens arriving but were disappointed to find that there were major printing quality issues with colour fading. We also ensured the design was centred when ordering the pens but the logo has been cropped too far on one side upon printing.
