The stamp doesn't work, only half the ink on the logo works, so there is half the stamp missing. Not happy because I cant use the stamp at all
Very poor quality print
I got this product but is of low quality. It does not ink properly and if you put little bit of pressure to make the impression bit clear then it bleeds ink. The size of fonts during desin was good but actually it was too small and letters overlapping making it difficult to read.
I ordered a small size the first time.. my mistake.. reordered a big size 2nd time round and I cannot use this stamp on my legal paperwork. It's smugging and ugly.My manager would not be happy either. Could I get a refund please. I'll try elsewhere.

I am actually unable to use the stamp. The entire section down the bottom is unreadable. I really did check my artwork prior to proceeding, however I would have thought that this would have been checked by Vista. I am a customer that puts through a lot of business, a quick email would have been appreciated. I also called the Vista Customer Service Line only to be cut off after waiting 5 minutes with no hold music.
