I was impressed by how well the sign turned out. It is beautiful and very useful for the business. My only criticism is that I would like a laminated option as the cardboard will not last for long.

Disappointed with VistaPrint’s Declining Packaging Quality I’ve been a long-time customer, placing bulk orders worth $$$$$ annually, but lately, VistaPrint’s packaging quality has been extremely disappointing. My recent brochure order arrived with bent and creased corners, making them look completely unprofessional. A few days later, I received a strut card—shockingly packed in just a padded bag instead of a proper box. Unsurprisingly, the corners were damaged, just like the brochures. For a company that specializes in professional printing, such careless packaging is unacceptable. I’m now skeptical about continuing business with VistaPrint if this lack of care continues.
