Massive design flaw resulting in its complete redundancy

This banner has been badly designed by vistaprint. The grooves have been placed on the outside of both banners meaning there is no way to attach them to the central pole. I previously bought the indoor single sided banner on vistaprint and that worked fine as the groove was placed on the inside so when you pulled it up, you could attach it.
Very disappointed to see that vistaprint didn't bother to do any quality control checks before shipping it out. A simple trial in the factory would have revealed the glaring error in the design.
I needed this banner for an event and was left most disappointed in having to discard it.

It is not engineered according to its weight and height balance. There is no presentable way to keep this signage up without a safety hazard INSIDE the office, let alone ever try to put it outside to be sued by public every single minute.
