Furthermore, we have reviewed the design in the edit studio and saw that the image was placed in the center of the template and didn't use up the allotted space for printing. Please use the dotted lines as a guideline for placing your design. Important details should not go beyond the dotted lines. Furthermore, in the future, we recommend that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order; www.vistaprint.com.au/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have corrected and processed a complimentary replacement order for the keychains. The order number will remain the same, and you can track the replacement's progress in your Order History under My Account. We hope this resolves the issue for you.
